Sorry for people who haven't seen this program.
Copyright control is very strict in Japan, so now you can't see them.

It said

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Fuji Television Network, Inc."

Although I think Cantonese speakers understand what Tony said in this program, I wrote a summary of the dialogue in English.

Bistro Smap

T: Tony
K: Takeshi Kaneshiro
N: Masahiro Nakai (MC Manager of the Bistro)

Other Members (according to their color)
R: Takuya Kimura (Red)
B: Goro Inagaki (Blue)
Y: Tsuyoshi Kusanagi(Yellow)
G: Shingo Katori (Green)

Part 1
N: This evening's guests are the actors representing Asia, internationally recognized ........, welcome, may I ask your name sirs?
T: Tony Leung
K: Takeshi Kaneshiro
N: Please be seated.

Tony's information video.

N: Here, we don't have a menu, we cook according to your order, what kind of food would you like to have ?
T: Washoku (Japanese Food)
K: Washoku please.
N: (calling for the order) Order ! Japanese Food, please.

N: Welcome. This is the first time for Tony san and 2nd time for Mr. Kaneshiro (His previous was on air on Aug/26/02)
About the latest movie, what kind of roles did you two do ?
T: I am a military commander who is romantic and loves music.
K: I am Komei who is famous in Chinese history, who works with Tony's character and has very strong friendship.
We play harps together and understand each other without a word. It is a typical John Woo style.
It was very hard work for me but specially for Tony, he had to continue to work for about 8 months.
N: 8 months ? Really ?
T: YES, it took about 8 months.
N: Was it easy to work with Mr. Kaneshiro ?
T: Yes, it was easy.
N: How about you, Mr. Kaneshiro ? Working with Tony san?
K: At first, I couldn't see his eyes.
N: If you can't see his eyes, you can't act can you ? Was it because of his existence ?
K: He has great career and I had been influenced by him for such a long time, so standing in front of him and acting made myself a little nervous.
N: What is the most important thing in acting for you, Tony san ?
T: Reality.
N: Reality ? Do you need a long time to prepare for your role ?
T: I would like to have at least a few months.
K: That's why it is so easy to act with Tony san. He is always so deep in the character and very stable.
N: So Tony san is so stable, what do you do if your understanding of the role is different from a director's ?
T: It is not unusual to change, especially with movies without scripts.
N: (surprised) Movies without scripts ? What do you mean ?
T: For example, Wong Ka Wai's film, it started as a comedy and changed completely and turned out to be a serious one.
N: Is there a case that script changed ?
K: Yes, there are. In Hong Kong, usually without proper scripts and only basic story is given. We just do it at the location.
N: Isn't it difficult for actors ? How do you deal with it ?
T: I had been acting with this style in Hong Kong, so I am naturally used to it.
N: Mr. Kaneshiro, are you used to it ? You have to, do you ?
K: I am used to it. It is more difficult for me in Japanese style. I suddenly realized "Oh, I can't change this" in Japan.

Going Down to Kitchen.
N: Tony san, you dressed very casually. (a little later again) You dressed very modest Tony san.

B: I watched the movie Red Cliff. Moved so much. I think any man should be moved by watching this.
T: Arigato (Thank you )
N: Mr. Kimura, you had been working with Tony san right ?
R: Yes, haven't seen you for so long, Tony san. 5 years ?
T: 3years ? Oh, 5years since then.
N: The last time Mr. Kaneshiro visited us, you were talking about shooting "2046". How long did it take then?
R: 5 or 6 years wasn't it, Tony ?
N: Is there a case actually taking so long ?
R: Yes. isn't it, Tony.
T: Nodding with a smile.
R: At that time, I didn't know how should I behave. It was so hard to be there. ("2046" location)
N: You couldn't control yourself, then ?
R: (When It was so hard) Tony told me "Just enjoy being there". If Tony didn't tell me that, I would have left there and not involved with that movie.
N: Your patience's run out ?
R: More than that. I just couldn't stay there without Tony's help.
T: That's usual for me. I am used to this. I am very experienced with this situation.
N: What do you think about Takuya Kimura as an actor ?
T: He is a good actor. He can sing and dance and even cook. I think he is a very talented artist.
R: This time "Red Cliff", Komei (Kaneshiro's role) didn't fight at all. Always using a fan.
All the others had very furious fighting scenes but he was the only one who even not touching arms and always with a fan. Only time he did something else was playing a harp with Tony. Two men playing harps and communicating each other without words, it's just too nice to be true.

Part 2
Moving to the other side.

Y: I am making a movie with the director who Mr. Kaneshiro used to work with. Like "Red Cliff", I also have a horse riding fighting scenes, so I practiced horse riding about 40 hours before.
K: When I took a movie with another Chinese Director Chan Yi Mou before, I only ride a horse pulled by a man for a few minutes and started shooting.
N: Wow. How frightening !
(All the other members also said scary, fearful, dreadful)
G: I like the scene in which Mr. Kaneshiro who is always very manly, becomes humorous and putting his fingers in his ears when someone's voice was very loud.
K: It was the director's idea. Because this movie is about historical characters so avoiding being too serious. John Woo was always around and told us to be relaxed and having fun.

They were enjoying the dishes and SMAP members explained about each dishes.
First group cooked Tomato Noodles, Tempura and Sukiyaki.
Second group Sushi and Shabu Shabu with noodles.

Tony said "Oishii" (tasty or delicious in Japanese) many times.

Shingo and Takuya both said "Your way of saying OISHII is so nice and kind" to Tony.

B: When you were at the Red Cliff location, what did you do about eating ? Catering company provided food ?
K: Yes.
T: Yes, catering.
K: Besides that, Tony san sometimes hiding some Toro (Expensive Rich part of Tuna Sashimi) in his room. He told me "Come to my room to eat some Toro".
(Tony shyly smiling and everyone laughing )
R: Toro in his room ? It is certainly not common thing to hear at location.

N: Tony san, I've heard that you've got married this year.
T: Yes, I got marred in Buhtan.
N: You gave your wife a very expensive ring ?
T: Not only the ring, I give her various presents. (Tony smiling)

Part 3
Shingo dressed as Komei playing harp.

K: Didn't you put the harp the other way round ? (laughing)

When he was passing behind Tony and Takeshi, he said " My harp wanted to tell you two, don't forget the taste of Sukiyaki"

At the end

N: So you two have to judge which team's dishes were better. Would you discuss about it.
K: No problem. We don't have to talk.
N: Really ?
T: We don't need words. I can understand what he think without talking.
N: You two have to raise your hand for the winner. Is it all right ?

N: What do you think about the winner's menu ?
K: I haven't tried Basashi Sushi before, but it was very tasty. Also noodles in the soup was good.
T: Because they made the best use of fresh ingredient and the change had been put on to improve the taste further.

The winner - Kimura and Inagaki.
They got presents from Takeshi (Taiwanese sweet) and Tony (Red Wine).

No wonder SMAPx SMAP you tubes were removoed.
As Eri wrote, Japan is strict on copyright cotrol.
Smap's agency is famous for keeping strict control over the copyrights.
I heard that they won't allow posting pictures on the internet, too.

I'm so sorry, that we can't share the movie with Tony's fans overseas.
But Eri, thank you for your perfect translation !!!

I liked the part, when Tony said that he gave Carina not only the ring
but more presents and smiled shyly . Very Happy
I also like the part when Tony and Takeshi were munching
Sushi in a complete silence.... (I guess it was so OISHII that they
couldn't speak.)
This program makes me really hungry... Smile
