Thanks, you too!
Did my first run outside today. It was wonderful. Even seen some (for Helga: Huflattich) spring herbs. Let the sun shine! We need warmer temperatures! _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

Is this the ones you saw, Heike? Now we all can see the pretty flowers that brightens the day .
We are having temperatures up and down in the range of 20°C within a day . Wish all of us to be careful in this weather and stay healthy . |

Yes, this is exactly what Heike meant ! So you figured out "Huflattich: as "Coltsfoot"
Thank you, for posting us these first beautiful little heralds of Spring, Yitian |

Right Yitian!
The ones I`ve seen have been only 5 not already open blossoms (it`s still too cold for them to spread), but they give me so much hope for warmer temperatures and more chances to run outside. Those not fully open blossoms are hard to spot. I guess hiking in HK is teaching me to carefully observe the ground to see snakes in advance.
Last year I`ve collected many of those blossoms for my sis. She was drying them and mixing them together with other herbs to a nice herbal tea to treat cough. She`s a bit of an expert - herbs wise. She did attend a course about herbs growing during the year in our area. Sometimes she is teaching me.
Wow you`ve got nice temps in your area, still only around 10/13 degrees here.
Wishing you all good health! _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |
