Next time when encountering errors:
Please report it to the "Announcement," it's a place rarely used. I will check it more frequently. Also, more people will know about these errors, so they will stop trying to figure out what's going on.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
This website sits on a shared server. The error you received - probably means - the server is busy serving other sites' pages.
Shared server - it hosts other sites (this is a relatively quiet site as compared to others). It's basically a very low-traffic site as compare to other "busier" site.
The site itself is relatively complicated (lots of photos, articles, and a full fledged discussion board), but the traffic is "quiet" most of the times. The menu system is designed to be "low-traffic."
Hope this clarifies the questions.
If you encounter an error, just come back, and check your message next time (maybe a few minutes, hours, or days).
Warm wishes for the holidays!

I checked the error message again. Apparently, the server is doing some "re-routing" work - remapping IPs.
I made an adjustment according to it. It's now fully functional.
Thanks for letting me know about these errors.

This is a simple discussion board. I have seen the back-end code/server got "hammered." Not sure what caused all of this.
If any of you are into system administration, please either take a class, or get a certification, or read a system-administration book.
The Web System is relatively "straight forward" - believe it or not.
